Don, Preston, and Steven talk about what the Holiday Ale Festival Sunday Brunch is like and what kinds of food and beers are served at the brunch – including dishes such as Warm Ham & Cheese and Turkey & Cheese Petite Croque Monsieurs, Petite Gougere (a savory puff pastry ball of eclair dough, baked with Emmental cheese, herbs and spice), a variety of local cheeses, including a special selection from Willamette Valley Cheese Co., a selection of cured artisan salamis, Petite Pain Au Chocolat (a heavenly puff pastry with a small ribbon of chocolate baked inside), Dark Stout Ganache Macarons and a hand carved fresh fruit platter.
